Today is the Day...

I have always wanted to start a food blog. Today is the day! I have to thank my cousin for inspiring me. He has been quietly blogging and cooking for a while now. When I found out, it gave me the courage to start mine. My hope is to fill the pages of this blog with recipes, family recipes(mostly cajun), soup recipes, spice blends, interior design, and other nice things.

I am a Louisiana girl, a licensed interior designer and I share my home with a very cute female pug. I love my family and friends. Most of all I love to cook for them. Let the adventure begin!
